This listing aligns with RBI mandates for upper-layer NBFCs, requiring public listings within three years of classification. Tata Capital, designated as such in September 2022, offers over 25 lending products. The debut follows Tata Technologies' November 2023 listing, underscoring the group's strategic capital market moves.
